User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Consequences of Breach

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided the account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met.
Self-Exclusion

Involuntary Suspension

Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a bd234 account — whether voluntary or involuntary — the player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure are forfeited. Any real-money balance will be returned subject to the conditions above. Closed accounts may not be reopened except at bd234's sole discretion.
